Well its been a nice day as i have been able to do a little painting and inking . Nice to get my fingers inked lol
This is a recycled cardboard mail box that i have used as a canvas lol ... it was just a mad idea but i enjoyed it. Mixed media painting.

Hi June, I am so glad Adam is feeling better. i think you will have to bite your tongue and let him find out what he is able to do as he will try anyway. Better that than him giving in to it and sitting round feeling sorry for himself. He will, of course, overdo it sometimes but he will feel he needs to try things to see what he can do. Its hard to sit back and watch when you feel he is overdoing it but he seems sensible and will soon find his level. Dave sometimes drives me mad doing things we both know he shouldn't.
Glad you liked the encaustics. I think you would enjoy them.
Love your painting, the colours are my favourites, just lovely!
Take care and see that you don't overdo it. Love Mayxx

Hi June,
Your painting is stunning, gorgeous colours.
So pleased your son is improving. As May said he'll find his level of activity that he can do, then learn to pace himself. Hope you're ok, and not doing too much.
Take care,
Julie x
