beautiful things
Since i am not really doing a lot of art lately. I thought i might as well share other things too. I took this picture yesterday of my pyramid of light. I chose it years ago while on a holiday in the lakes. Its a gorgeous glass pyramid that reflects light and sometimes casts it upon the surrounding walls etc. Can you also see the small reflection of the clouds in the sky on the bottom of the pyramid ? Isnt it interesting how we all see beauty in different things? I love crystal too and think its my passion for colour that draws me to such items.

This is beautiful June, I love how all the light gets split into its component parts. My favourite things are the hills and the lakes that I'm lucky enough to have around me here in the beautiful lake district. I also find the magnificent power of a rough sea very beautiful too

Hi June, thanks for your comment on my blog, sorry you can't make the image larger, if I new how to do it like that I would as several people have started saying they wish they could get a better look. Love that pyramid June!!! Hmmm...I have way too many favorite things but if I had to pick just a few I would have to say my Aries pyramid, my fairy trinket box, my beaded medicine bag containing pebbles, pearls,and shells, and my miniature bamboo. Some favorites are because of color & life and some are because of who I received them from.

Beautiful pyramid June, I love all the reflecting colours. One of my favourite things in nature is a dragonfly. I love the colours, a bit like your crystal. I love the sparkly, without the sparkle, colours of the body and wings. :-) xx
The prism is so beautiful and yes, I see the clouds on the bottom one! My favorites are so numerous, I love the mountains with brooks running between the valleys and when they turn colors for fall...there is nothing like it!

This is a lovely piece of Crystal.
I too love crystal and when my Mum died last year she left me all her Swarovski Crystal Butterflies and Dragonflies. I treasure them.
Another favourite of mine in my Teddy, Edmund, who's very ragged now but always has a listening ear whenever I need one.
