I recieved a wonderful package all the way from th US the other day and look what was inside ... how cute is this panda ? He is so lovely and is a fab monitor wipe ( his cute belly rubs the monitor and cleans the dust )

well its been a few days ..

I have had such a busy time and have not had chance to make art or post art. Today i did manage to finish thest two pieces... finally :)
I also havent had much time for getting round the blogs but i shall try to do that over the weekend a bit.

Gothic arch - layers of altered book paper,other papers,glitters,collage with leaves and scrolls and butterfly from fellow crafting buddies. Plus my own main image and a pile of inks etc.

ATC - background is altered designer paper which i added doodles galore to and inks too. Image is one from my dezinaworld blog digi stamp collection.

I made this one with stamps, stazon ,buttons and gel pens and sparkly mica for the stars.
I am overnight babysitting tonight and have a busy week but will try and get round to visit blogs this week as soon as i can.

Just a little atc i made today for the Allsorts challenge which is vintage. I love vintage and havent made anything like this in ages so enjoyed the challenge which is a new one for me. Thanks ladies, its a great challenge

Birds n bee

A very special friend of mine met me in town today and we had a lovely time gossiping and looking around my local art shop. Jude thank you so much and especially for your gift but most of all for the wonderful company of you and your beautiful daughter. I do hope to spend a little more time with you next week before you go home.
As promised I have used the birdy stamps today and here are my makes.
The card is called bluebirds and is made up from torn paper bags and other recycled papers.
The ATC is made for the challenge at The Little Yellow challenge blog which this week is anything but a card. I used a little sakura stardust pen and gold pen to highlight parts and background doodles on this one.

Glittering Faith

This card is Faith a crafty pad stamp and is for this weeks crafty pad challenge which was a sketch. I am not very used to sketches and dont make a lot of cards but especially wanted to make this thank you card for the challenge.
I hope its correct and had fun making it.

Autumn Lady

Not had much time or energy lately for any crafting but managed to make this one for the simon says challenge which is distressing
This is my postcard using a watercoloured stamp from my Dezinaworld collection and inked and distressed papers. Also added leaf confetti for the autumnal touch and hand finished them in gel pens. the image and leaves were also glazed in clear varnish.
