I used a collage background from a set i created for Dezinaworld (the background set is called Backgrounds Deluxe and will be launched next month ) I printed it off twice and covered both sides of the beer mat. I distressed the edges slightly with metallic rub in colour in green and copper and then used Glossy accents over the whole of both sides to give a varnished look.

These are very cool! What a great little treat to make and stick in a card to send to a favorite someone. Since we have tons of 'boys' in the house these would be great. I don't know how much they would get used (guys never use coasters LOL)
You could do all sorts of images on there. LOVE IT!
Wow June, what size bucket do your glossy accents come in ??? Gorgeous coasters though :D XXX
