Colour create - Lady at the races

Ruby cream & Gold is the theme at colour create so i thought i would give it a go. I used one of the colour ladies from my blog Dezinaworld and printed it on to a sheet of canvas that my wonderful friend Hilda kindly sent to me. I then coloured the scarf and gloves in gold pen and the flower in her pocket in ruby pen then added three gold and ruby teardrops. I then sewed cream embroidery thread around the edges to make this fab patch which i may add to a pair of jeans :)

June, this is an amazing piece of art. By all means, I hope you'll make it a patch on something. Maybe a jacket or sweater (jumper to you?) or something that will be around for a long time.

This is gorgeous June. Great idea to add to a piece of clothing too. Would also look great on a canvas bag I think.

Wow June this is amazing. It would look great on a pair of jeans or a canvas handbag!

Didn't you have problems with the ink bleeding into the canvas?
