You asked how I created the background on one of my ATCs? I used wet glue with tissue & mulburry paper, allowing it to crease a little. When dry I used catseye inkpad directly. Allowing the curve of the pad to simulate waves and then used a couple of pens {white & pale blue} Jx
Hi June this link will take you to some Catseye inkpads...they got the name because of the shape of them. I love them, they are great for inking into all those awkward places ;) Hope this helps
