Well i promised myself i would make more cards this year as i normally stay with the more messy side of creating, so here is a card i made for the sketch challenge at Creative Inspirations
I don't think card making is my forte, but i love to try. Especially haven't done many sketches before so i hope this one is correct
For the Lots to do challenge of white
This one is made with a litttle help from my friends cheryl liz and dina (thanks for the bits and bobs ladies )
Paper is crumpled, then inked in clear and embossed in irredescent and then done again. Fragment is stamped in blue stazon and hung with cotton piece from cherub
There is something in the air at the Three Muses this week and in this case its passion
this is a mixed media collage piece with background i made a week or two ago and an old piece of jewellery

Feeling like getting messy, i got out my acrylics today and made this tag, its in a combination of blues and turquoise and collaged magazine picture and extra bits and bobs. I haven't yet added ribbon but will in time
Well cards it is at the moment and makes a nice change so here is another one which will help with my practice and is for the Flutterby wednesday challenge and also The weekly Idea at creations by jj.com
This one is stamped and coloured with tombow pens and the wings and dress are embossed with irridescent embossing powder as are the swirls on the background, i mounted on silvery/lilac embossed paper and ribbon and the actual card was also stamped direct.
Over at Lots to do there is a challenge for Travel,transport etc. I made a book mark with collaged stamps and bits and bobs added some swirls that i embossed and this is it
The first one is Pink corset girl which i collaged and added inks,stamps rub on metallic colour and embossing powders plus pens. IMAGES from the new Viv La France set at my Dezinaworld blog and will go to the pink challenge at creations by jj forum

This one is for Creative inspirations My lovely friend Jude hosts and she has her problems at the moment ( hugs to you Jude ) This is my version of a distressed card. hope it fits ok
Another day snowed in lol so made this piece. using many different techniques and media. The background is heat dried fluffy stuff plus glimmer sprays and the frame is altered using all kinds of waxes,nail polish,gimmer mist and paint and text book papers. I was fairly pleased with the result. The whole thing is approx the same size as an atc. I also added magnets to the back so it can be used as a fridge magnet too
Happy New Year to everyone. I wish you love and happiness, peace and prosperity in 2010. Its a new start and hopefully for many, a much nicer and brighter year.
